"A collaboration with 40 breweries around the world, each brewing the same recipe but with local ingredients. The style is a historical French Biere de Garde, brewed with local Riverbend 6-row and raw wheat and aged French Strisselspalthops. A long 5 hour boil adds some color. Fermented warm with lager yeast then aged for 7 months in oak barrels with our coolshipsourced Asheville wild culture. Lightly funky with stone fruit flavors."
