"Brewed in collaboration with our forever foraging friends from Scratch Beer. Mashed with a simple grain build of local two row barley from Riverbend Malt House along with flaked rye. Hopped intensely in whirlpool with mosaic and dry hopped with Mosaic and Azacca hops. Steeped on heaps of foraged filé leaves from our farm. Fermented cool with our preferred lager strain until bone dry. Lagered cold until crisp and crushable."
