"Crafted in collaboration with our friends at Asheville Tea Company. Mashed with local barley and wheat from Riverbend Malt House. Fermented at slightly warmer temperatures with our preferred lager yeast strain until bone dry. Cold conditioned until crisp and crushable. Aged on a custom herbal tea blend consisting of hibiscus flowers, lavender, lemon balm, sumac and lemon grass. This unique twist on a traditional kölsch is the perfect summer crusher".
