"Brewed in collaboration with our damn good friends at Perennial Artisan Ales of St. Louis, Missouri. We leaned heavy on their expertise in making big bad stouts and eventually found ourselves down the path of creating our version of Abraxas, their iconic spiced imperial stout. Mashed with a base of local barley malt and injected with a decadent blend of the finest caramel, chocolate and roasted malts. Aged on a complex blend of cacao nibs from our friends at Videri Chocolate of Raleigh, North Carolina, whole vanilla beans, dried ancho chile peppers and ceylon cinnamon."
