"From one of the last authentic German monastic breweries Klosterbrauerei Ettal (Bavaria), comes its famous Doppelbock Curator. This is the authentic recipe which was created in the years after 1330 when the monastery was established. Deep reddish brown with small tan head. Complex notes of figs, fruitcake, port, licorice, cherry, raisin, chocolate, black toffee, coffee, and caramel. Curator is thick and chewy, beautifully balanced with a hoppy/roasty bitter finish."
