North Korea is brewing beer
With a long, weird 3-minute ad that’s since been pulled off YouTube “due to copyright issues in your country,” North Korea has started brewing beer: Taedong River Beer. We saw someone suggest the name Kim Jong Ale, which we like much better. Since we can’t provide you with the awesome beer ad, witness this 9 MINUTE infomercial about what we guess is the brewery, but the whole thing is in Korean. Nice work, North Korea! Way to distract us with beer, so we ignore the bombs and computer hacking that’s been keeping you busy.

WIRED Mag rips on BMC
Short and insanely funny. Love it! We hope it’s because of this shameless plug on CNBC. Some of the glowing statements about Budweiser read like Gov. Sanford’s love letters. Just sayin’.

Say it aint’ so
One of Charleston’s favorite hang-outs, Folly Beach, is considering a ban on alcohol since people apparently forgot how to use a trash can on the 4th of July.
