Last night, the Asheville Chamber helped with the opening of The Lobster Trap’s own in-house brewery, OysterHouse Brewing. We went to the event and really enjoyed it. The place was packed. Everyone got free stickers and there was a raffle for t-shirts, followed by live music. Flights were only $3 for Pale, IPA, Brown, and Oyster Stout. Won’t it be great to go to another place in town and order beer made on-premise? Enjoy the video.

Chef Tres promised to show us the set-up, but they were so busy, we said we’d go back another day. (Which is really just a ploy to eat there again. Shhhhh…)
