Founders has arrived!

Today, we got our first shipment of Founders! North Carolina has come such a long way in beer. Founders is a solid brewery across the board. Rather than go on and on (as we sometimes do), we’ll just leave you with this forum post by Dave at Founders:

Hey Folks… Sorry about the delay. We actually shipped some draft down a few weeks ago. Due to a change in packaging we didn’t want to introduce any of our bottled products into North or South Carolina until all of our new packaging was available. The first shipment of bottles should arrive in North Carolina early next week. Bottles arrived in South Carolina last week. Give the folks at Tryon a day or two to get it into their warehouse. Should be hitting the shelves next week.

This is a killer time to launch in North Carolina. Next week you can expect to see the following beers on the shelves:

Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale
Red’s Rye P.A. (name change from Red’s Rye, 70 IBU’s)
Dry-Hopped Pale Ale
Breakfast Stout
Curmudgeon Old Ale
Harvest Ale (will arrive in S.C. next month)

We are really excited about introducing our beers down here. We appreciate everyone’s patience. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to meet a bunch of BA folks at the festival this weekend.

Cheers,
Dave

Brewed for us. Enjoyed by everyone.

PS – In November we will be releasing Backwoods Bastard.
