A visual reference of beer drinking in America

Thanks to a thread on BeerAdvocate, we can share this wonderful bit of information with you: A visual guide to just how much beer we Americans consume annually. Being that one-half of Bruisin’ Ales is visual and other analytical, this half wants to give you pictures. Glorious and beautiful pictures.

According to SloshSpot.com, Americans take in 50 billion pints a year. Also, all the beer consumed in the USA is equal to one can of beer for each American over the age of 21 every day all year long. (Except Sundays.) We can’t speak on the resources used to compile these, but nonetheless, we enjoy the visual perspective. It’s likely pretty close to reality. Another reader points to this list consumption by country on Wikipedia, which of course, is not official, but still interesting.
