St. Terese’s Pale Ale
“A golden pale having a slightly malty body balanced by an assertive American hop flavor. This pale ale displays a delicate hop nose due to the process of dry hopping. A crisp and refreshing beer perfect for any occasion.”
[American Pale Ale / 5.2% abv]
Oatmeal Porter
“A unique Highland creation, this robust beer is black in color, very malty with hints of chocolate-roasted flavor and a well balanced hop character.”
[American Porter / 5.8% abv]
Shining Rock Lager
The first in a seasonal line-up, Shining Rock Lager is making its debut! “This shining example of our spring seasonal has a complex malty body which is enhanced with traditional spicy noble hops. This Bock is a medium body lager with a smooth, crisp finish. A creamy head tops this fine Bock with the usual Highland twist on style.”
[Bock / 6% abv]
Imperial Kashmir IPA
Released Brewgrass weekend, this little beauty is aging perfectly. “A brilliant, dry pale ale with an aggressive hop character balanced with a smooth finish. A bold beer best consumed with a stiff upper lip.” Double the Kashmir goodness!
[American Double IPA / 10.2% abv]
