It’s Expedition weekend! No, we’re not talking about some adventure—though we’d love to throw ourselves on a trail this weekend—we’re talking about Bell’s Expedition Stout! Like the rest of the Bell’s stouts that arrived a little over a month ago, this is the granddaddy of them all. Strong at 10.5% abv, Expedition is a sipper and a real winter warmer, though not in the traditional sense. Arguably the most limited and most talked about seasonal Bell’s, Expedition promises to be strong and smooth. This stout has a 92 rating on Beeradvocate. Limited to one six-pack per person.

“The vintage port of American stout. A good ale for the cellar. Well suited for November storms and trips across the Sahara.”

Don’t forget French Broad’s Wee-Heaviest is now here in 22oz bottles. After last night’s tasting, we can confirm that this brew is a hit. We sold more than two cases in two hours! Grab this single-batch brew while you can, folks. Tasty.

Also in today are the big and beautiful 1-liter flip-top and wax-sealed bottles of Sweetwater’s Festive Ale. They look mighty pretty on the Thanksgiving table.

What’s that? Cold Mountain? Highland’s seasonal was pretty much gone before it even got here…
