There were a record number of entries this year (nearly 2,800!) at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Co., last weekend, making competition the tightest ever. The full list of winners is here.

North Carolina does us proud again with Foothills Brewing taking home two Silver Medals— one for their Gruffmeister 8 Maibock in Category 34 and another for their Baltic Porter in Category 36. Congrats to Foothills!

We also have to give a shout-out to our friends’ local hangout back in the northeast, Allentown Brew Works, which in its first year of business as the sister brewpub to Bethlehem Brew Works, took home a Gold Medal for their English-style India Pale Ale. Bravo!
