Flying Dog Brewery continues its beerlanthropy as it kicks-off a new site, Beerdinners.com. If there’s still any skepticism about the popularity of beer and fine foods, there are more and more sites, write-ups, and books that say otherwise. (We love Lucy Saunders, by the way.)
We’ve been helping folks design tastings and dinners at home since opening, but Beerdinners.com will definitely fill a niche on the Internets. (If you want to plan a beer tasting or a beer dinner at home, just ask us or send us an e-mail. We are here to help.)Â To date there are plenty of sites for beer pairing suggestions and recipes, but none that we can think of that wraps them up into a complete dinner concept. Brilliant!
A Beer Dinner is typically a four to eight course meal where a different style of beer is served with each course. Each beer is specifically paired with that course by the chef because the taste and flavors of the food and beer compliment each other.
And congrats to Terrapin for being the first brewery other than Flying Dog on the site!
