Say hello to our new Brewsician! This is Chris Dotson and you’ll be seeing his face around Bruisin’ Ales from now on. We’ve reached the point where help is needed and we are fortunate to have a gem in all areas. Truly, a Renaissance Man. Chris has traveled extensively, been to breweries across the US and abroad. He knows beer. He cooks and can recommend pairings for you. He brews! And he’s a musician.
