Prix Fixe Dinner with Beer Pairing
Tuesday, January 23
To celebrate the accomplishments of local and regional craft brewers, fig is teaming up with Sean Wilson, President of Pop The Cap, to present a unique pairing of beer and food. Treavis and Sean have carefully selected craft beers from both Asheville brewers and recent Tarheel State GABF award winners. Chef William Klein will prepare a special four course menu designed to enhance the characteristics of these selections and complete the culinary experience. Please note that 20% of the evening’s proceeds will go to Pop The Cap.
